89 Hotel - Batam

The location was nice and ideal, relatively close to Bcs Mall. Had a standard king room with double large bed, and we truly enjoyed it. The breakfast was savoury and delicious, the check in was early.

Convenient Location: This place is centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We went out for dinner and stumbled upon Sop Ikan Tiam Huat, which was just a short walk away from here! 🍽️

I enjoy the breakfast most! Comfortable, cheap and excellent service!

Great value for the price ...all you need for a short stay...all helpful and advice is offered even when not asked for (eg. taxi prices etc.)

Breakfast is basic and not really a comfortable environment ...most people are smoking and there is no non-smoking areas.

The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prime location near BCS mall, which was perfect for shopping. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The rooms had a unique design concept and were comfortable, although the absence of a shower curtain did cause some inconvenience. The breakfast served was excellent and included in the room rate.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

Super bed, good bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. Location just next door to BCS mall and many shop houses nearby as well as Batam...

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional, especially considering its prime location near BCS mall for shopping and its proximity to mosques. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions during our stay. The basic amenities provided in the large bed rooms, complete with a bathtub, were fantastic. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was a delightful treat.

The hotel could improve by ensuring attention to detail, such as providing the correct number of toothbrush sets in the room.

You pay for the return, Good for business person and family stay. Room size is OK, Room internet facility is good, but bed facility has to update. So that stay are more comfortable. Not bad,is Good and OK.

Room is nice and cosy with a friendly staff attended to us.. Overall is Perfect with reasonable price...

During my stay it mostly good only when having breakfast, the service is more better if the staffs put abit effort to be more friendly,smile and helpful.. Overall not bad =)

One big channel at the exit gate is not in good condition...bad smell

Nothing to write home about. We needed a fridge, that one was working fine.

They smoke everywhere, really everywhere - no fun for a non-smoker. No non-smoking rooms too, although I explicitly asked for that. The room was old and worn, the extra bed not worth selling second hands. In the bathroom there is no hot water tap, only hot water at the shower, but there was hardly any water pressure on it. The breakfast was typically Asian, only toast for westerners, but the cook for making eggs was just having a break or so - during breakfast hours. Bad service at the desk too, and I never like the exchange rates. You can't book in Rupiah, but you also cannot pay in Dollars wit a credit card, they use a profitable rate.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful, even offering us complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival and during our stay. the location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions, as it was close to many shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the comfortable bed which ensured a great night's sleep.

The room did have a slight cigarette odor even though it was a nonsmoking room. the lighting in the room was not adequate.

I love the connecting room..its awesome.. Thank you hotel 89 for your service.. Gladly to book for our future trip..
